Marnys® Wheat Germ Food Oil contains Wheat Germ oil obtained by cold pressing of the small embryo inside the wheat grain (Triticum aestivum). This method of obtaining guarantees the optimum condition of all its properties. Marnys® Wheat Germ Food Oil has an Omega 6+9 content, with a minimum content of 52-59% linoleic acid (Omega 6) and 12-23% oleic acid (Omega 9). Marnys® Wheat Germ Food Oil is golden in colour, slightly brown, with a very pleasant cereal flavour and aroma. It is not recommended for cooking, it should be eaten raw, and it is recommended to add it to salads, soups, sauces or dressings (see instructions for use). Instructions for use: -Ideal as a food supplement to take directly or add according to taste to salads, soups, dressings. Add 1 tablespoon, 2-3 times a day, before meals or added to prepared dishes.
