- Symbioram is a symbiotic dietary supplement with bifidobacteria and lactobaccili with probiotic properties and prebiotic fibres.- With L-glutamine, Zinc and B group vitamins- Promotes the restoration of gut flora balance after processes that can cause imbalance such as diarrhoea of different etiologies, infections, antibiotic treatments and eating disorders- Gluten, lactose and sucrose freePour the contents of one sachet into water, milk or another drink and consume immediately. Unless prescribed otherwise by a doctor, the following is recommended:- Children under 12 years: 1 sachet per day. - Children over 12 and adults 2 sachets per day. Preferably half an hour before meals. In the case of antibiotic treatment, recommended doses are: 1.- Take Symbioram from the first day to reduce possible changes in gut flora, making sure doses are taken approximately 4 hours apart. 2.- Continue with Symbioram for a week after finishing the course of antibiotics. Does not require refrigeration. To be taken into account. This product contains lactobaccili and heat-sensitive live bifidobacteria. It is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or changes in temperature, protect it from light and preferably at temperatures lower than 25ºC to guarantee the live cell content until the expiry date on the package.
