The Creatine monohydrate contained in MARNYS SPORTS® Premium Creatine is pure, with no loading agents such as maltodextrin or sugars, no preservatives, colourings or artificial flavours. It is submitted to HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), which is one of the most extended laboratory tests to guarantee the purity and safety of an ingredient.
MARNYS SPORTS® Premium Creatine package provides 1 month of 31 days of dosage for a loading phase and the rest of maintenance (see instructions for use).
It is suitable for vegans and does not contain gluten or lactose.
Creatine improves physical performance in successive series of short high intensity exercises (EFSA), for foods that provide 3 grams of creatine per day in adults doing high intensity exercise.
How to use:
MARNYS SPORTS® Premium Creatine package provides 1 month of 31 days of dosage for a loading phase and the rest of maintenance. The recommended doses are:
Loading phase: Take 4 g (1/4 scoop, up to line "5") a maximum of 5 times a day accompanied by a large glass (200-250 ml) of water or juice at main meals. Drink for 7 days and go to the maintenance phase.
Loading phase range: 20 g/day (5 doses) for 7 days
Maintenance phase: Take 4 g (1/4 scoop, up to line "5") a maximum of 3 times* a day accompanied by a large glass of water or juice at main meals.
Maintenance phase range: Up to 12 g/day (3 doses).
It is recommended to take one of the doses after physical exercise regardless of the phase.
