A combination of the three essential fatty acids, Omega-3 rich in EPA and DHA, are found naturally in fish oils such as salmon, trout, sturgeon and herring. Omega-6, its main component, is linoleic acid GLA, present in evening primrose oil. Omega-9 corresponds to the type of linoleic fatty acids ALA, present here in flax oil, and is accompanied by Vitamin E as an antioxidant.
Instructions for use: Take 1 to 2 pearls a day, with food or according to the guidelines indicated by a professional.
